Plus500, a leading technology platform for trading Contracts for Difference ("CFDs") internationally, announces that, in line with Listing Rule 9.6.11 (3) disclosure requirements, following shareholder approval of Professor Jacob Frenkel as a Non-Executive director and Chair of the Board at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on 4 May 2021, Professor Frenkel has also been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee and Regulatory & Risk Committee, with immediate effect.
