Resignation of Non-Executive Director
Plus500, a leading online service provider for retail customers to trade CFDs internationally, today announces that Henry Birch, a non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Rank Group Plc. In order to fully focus on his business commitment, Henry had to resign from the Board with immediate effect.
The Company will seek to replace Mr Birch and will make a further announcement in due course.
