Director's Share Purchase
Plus500, a leading online service provider for retail customers to trade CFDs internationally, announces that it has received notification that, on 19 December 2014, Mr. Paul Boyle OBE, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 1,500 ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and his wife, Mrs. Claire Boyle, purchased 800 Ordinary Shares. Both purchases were at a price of 567 pence per share.
Following these transactions, Mr. Boyle has a direct and indirect interest in 2,300 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.002% of Plus500's issued share capital.
