Access instructions for this audiocast will be published on the Company's website and by an announcement via a Regulatory Information Service in due course.

This facility will allow shareholders to listen to the business of the EGM and to submit questions in advance of, or during, the meeting. In addition, shareholders are also invited to submit questions in advance of, or during, the meeting via email at  ir@plus500.com .

With these arrangements in mind, shareholders are strongly urged to vote by proxy as soon as possible.
