Repurchase of own shares
Plus500, a leading online service provider for retail customers to trade CFDs internationally, announces that, in accordance with the terms of its Share Buyback Programme announced on 2 June 2017, the Company acquired 22,000 ordinary shares of ILS 0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") on 8 June 2017 at a price of 551.69 pence per Share. The acquired shares will be held in treasury. Liberum Capital Limited completed the acquisition on the Company's behalf pursuant to the Share Buyback Programme.
Plus500 advises that, at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital comprises 114,800,377 Shares (excluding 88,000 Shares held as treasury shares). Therefore, the Company's total number of Shares with voting rights is 114,800,377.
The above figure of 114,800,377 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
