Result of AGM
Plus500, a leading online service provider for retail customers to trade CFDs internationally, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held today 10 May 2016, Resolutions 1-14 were duly passed by votes in favour of at least 92%.
As announced on 15 March 2016, non-executive director Paul Boyle, has stepped down as a director and left the Company. Plus500's Chairman Alastair Gordon took the opportunity at the AGM to express the Board's gratitude to Mr Boyle for his contribution to the Company.
The Company is seeking to replace Mr. Boyle with an appropriate candidate and will make a further announcement in due course.
