Plus500, a global multi-asset fintech group operating technology-based trading platforms, announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme announced on 17 August 2021 ("Share Buyback Programme"), the Company purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of ILS 0.01 each through Liberum Capital Limited.

The Company will hold the repurchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase of these shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 100,684,264 (excluding treasury shares), and the Company will hold 14,204,113 ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in Plus500 will be 100,684,264. This figure for the total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
The purchase of ordinary shares referred to above concludes the Share Buyback Programme. The total number of ordinary shares purchased pursuant to the Share Buyback Programme was 647,266 at an aggregate cost of US$ 12.6 million.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the UK version of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, the table below contains detailed information of the individual trades made by Liberum Capital Limited as part of the Share Buyback Programme.
