Dispatch of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

On Tuesday 4 March 2014 PCFT announced its final results for the year ended 30 November 2013.  This announcement contained regulated information in relation to the annual report and financial statements required to be made public in unedited full text by Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5.

PCFT now announces that the full Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 November 2013, the Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday 7 May 2014 at 12.30pm, and the proxy card have been dispatched.

Copies of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be shortly available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. They can also be viewed on the Company's website at www.polarcapitalglobalfinancialstrust.co.uk.
