Dispatch of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

On Tuesday 2 February 2016 PCFT announced its final results for the year ended 30 November 2015.  This announcement contained regulated information in relation to the annual report and financial statements required to be made public in unedited full text by Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5.

PCFT now announces that the full Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 November 2015, the Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday 26 April 2016 at 12 noon and the proxy card have been posted to shareholders.

Copies of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be shortly available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. They can also be viewed on the Company's website at www.polarcapitaltglobalfinancialtrust.com.
