The Company was notified on 12 March 2022 that Mr Robert Kyprianou, Non-executive Chairman, bought 1,126 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") following an automatic dividend reinvestment for his personal holding at an aggregated price of 153.65p per share.
