Dividend Declaration

The Board has declared an interim dividend of 2.00p per ordinary share payable to Shareholders on the register as at 7 February 2020. 

The dividend will be paid on 28 February 2020 and the shares will trade ex-dividend from 6 February 2020.

Fixed Life

An announcement in relation to proposals connected to the expiry of the fixed life of the Company is expected to be released shortly.

Annual Results for the financial year ended 30 November 2019

The Annual Financial Results announcement, ordinarily released in early February, will follow thereafter in order to capture the information released in connection with the fixed life of the Company. It is therefore anticipated that the Annual Financial Results will be released in March 2020.
