Under the Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products ("PRIIPs") Regulation, our investment manager is required to publish a Key Information Document ("KID") to potential investors providing information on the nature, risk and costs of investing in the Company to allow, on a standardised basis, comparison with other investment products.

The content of the KID is highly prescriptive, both in terms of the calculations underlying the numbers and the narrative, with only a limited ability to add further context and explanations. Consequently, the Directors believe potential investors should use the KID alongside other material produced by the Company including the annual report and monthly factsheets which are available at www.polarcapitalglobalfinancialstrust.com.
