As at close of business on 12^th September 2013 the unaudited net asset value per share, calculated in accordance with the guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, was 96.72p (cum income).

Not Currently Applicable

A provision of 2% was set aside for the initial launch expenses of the Company. The launch costs were less than this provision and as per the Prospectus, part of this provision has been added back into the Company's net asset value on 12^th September 2013.
