As at the close of business on 9^th August 2017 the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share, calculated in accordance with the guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, was 144.97p (cum income).

The NAV of the ordinary shares includes the effect of the final subscription share conversion at 115p per share, further information available on RNS9371M.

The share capital of the company following such conversion comprises 202,775,000 ordinary shares.
