As at the close of business on 12^th August 2021, the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary Share, calculated in accordance with the guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, and including net assets formerly attributable to the C Shares and the New Ordinary Shares being issued in respect of the Conversion, was 165.00 (cum income).
