The Company has today agreed to buy back 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 96.0 pence per ordinary share. The Ordinary Shares bought back will be cancelled.
As a result of the above transaction, the Ordinary Shares in issue and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
Number of Ordinary Shares in issue: 177,000,000
Total Voting Rights attaching to Ordinary shares in issue: 177,000,000
No shares are held in Treasury.
