Dispatch of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

On Wednesday 5 December 2012 PCGH announced its final results for the year ended 30 September 2012.  This announcement contained regulated information in relation to the annual report and financial statements required to be made public in unedited full text by Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5.

PCGH now announces that the full Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2012 together with The Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday 23 January 2013 at 12 noon has been dispatched to shareholders.

Copies of the Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be shortly available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
