Dispatch of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

On Tuesday 17 December 2013 PCGH announced its final results for the year ended 30 September 2013.  This announcement contained regulated information in relation to the annual report and financial statements required to be made public in unedited full text by Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5.

PCGH now announces that the full Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2013, The Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday 28 January 2014 at 12 noon, the proxy card and a reminder to subscription shareholders of the final exercise date of 31 January 2014, have been dispatched.

Copies of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be shortly available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. They can also be viewed on the Company's website at www.polarcapitaltglobalhealthcare.co.uk
