Dispatch of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

On Tuesday 16 December 2015 PCGH announced its final results for the year ended 30 September 2015.  This announcement contained regulated information in relation to the annual report and financial statements required to be made public in unedited full text by Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5.

PCGH now announces that the full Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2015, the Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday 27 January 2016 at 12 noon and the proxy card have been posted to shareholders.
