Dispatch of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

On Wednesday 8 December 2011 PCGH announced its final results for the year ended 30 September 2011.  This announcement contained regulated information in relation to the annual report and financial statements required to be made public in unedited full text by Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5.

PCGH now announces that the full Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2011 together with The Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 25 January 2012 at 10.30 has been dispatched to shareholders.
