General Text Amendment

The following amendment has been made to the 'Dividend Declaration' announcement released on 27 July 2015 at 15:43 under RNS number 2105U.

The announcement contained the expected date for the payment of the November 2015 dividend. The expected November payment date should have been 27 November, not 28 November.

All other details remain unchanged.

Dividend Declaration

The Board of Polar Capital Global Healthcare Growth and Income Trust Plc ("the Company") has declared an interim dividend of 1.80p per ordinary share payable to shareholders on the register as at 7 August 2015. The dividend will be paid on 28 August 2015 and the shares will trade ex-dividend from 6 August 2015.

The Board expects to continue to pay interim dividends at the end of February, May, August and November in each calendar year. The next dividend is expected to be paid on 27 November 2015. In line with the practice established by the Company, shareholders should expect the interim dividends for February, May, and November to be smaller than the dividend declared for August.

The Company's policy remains to increase the dividend on an annual basis progressively, but there is no guarantee that this will be achieved.
