Dividend Declaration

The Board of Polar Capital Global Healthcare Growth and Income Trust Plc ("the Company") has declared an interim dividend of 0.65p per ordinary share payable to shareholders on the register as at 6 November 2015. The dividend will be paid on 27 November 2015 and the shares will trade ex-dividend from 5 November 2015.

The Board expects to continue to pay interim dividends at the end of February, May, August and November in each calendar year. The next dividend is expected to be paid on 26 February 2016. In line with the practice established by the Company, shareholders should expect the interim dividends for February, May, and November to be smaller than the dividend declared for August.

The Company's policy remains to increase the dividend on an annual basis progressively, but there is no guarantee that this will be achieved.
