Dividend Declaration

The Company has declared an interim dividend payment of 1.65p per ordinary share to distribute substantially all the income generated in the portfolio in the current financial year.

The dividend will be paid on 9 June 2017 to the shareholders on the register at 19 May 2017, and the shares will trade ex-dividend from 18 May 2017.
