Net Asset Value

As at close of business on 16^th June 2017 the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share, calculated in accordance with the guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, was 212.10p (cum income). This is the first net asset value calculation following the announcement of the results of the Share Issue and Tender Offer on 16^th June 2017.

The net asset value for the Company shown above includes provision for the quantified expenses of £1.04 million incurred by the Company in connection with proposals detailed in the shareholder circular published on 12th May 2017.
