Polar Capital Global Healthcare Growth and Income Trust plc notifies the market of the following:

As at the close of business on 30 June 2015, Polar Capital Global Healthcare Growth and Income Trust plc's capital consisted of 122,650,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each.

Of these, 122,650,000 Ordinary Shares are in issue and 1,875,000 Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury.

Each Ordinary Share in issue carries one vote while Ordinary Shares held in Treasury have no voting rights. Therefore as at 1 July 2015, the total number of voting rights is 120,775,000.

The above figure (120,775,000) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations, by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in Polar Capital Global Healthcare Growth and Income Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
