Transaction in own shares

On 22 March 2018, the Company agreed to buy back 280,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 188.19 pence per ordinary share. The Ordinary Shares bought back will be placed in Treasury.

As a result of the above transaction, the Ordinary Shares in issue, shares held in Treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:

Number of Ordinary Shares in issue:                                                        124,149,256

Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury:                                               1,679,256

Total Voting Rights attaching to Ordinary shares in issue:                     122,470,000
