The Company was informed on 23 September 2010 that on 22 September 2010 Tim Woolley, a director of Polar Capital sold 800,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company at a price of 105 pence per share. Following this transaction Mr Woolley is interested in a total of 8,000,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company representing approximately 10.6% of the Company's issued share capital.
