Directors Dealing

The Company was informed that on 19 January 2012 Brian Ashford-Russell, a non-executive director of Polar Capital, sold 700,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding at 190p per share.

Following this transaction Mr Ashford-Russell is interested in a total of 8,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 10.41% of the Company's issued share capital.
