Additional Listing

Application has been made to AIM for the admission of 46,138 new ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company to trading (the "New Shares"). The New Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options by an employee of the Company. Admission of the New Shares is expected to become effective on 19 October 2012.

As at 30 September 2012 the Company's issued share capital consist of 79,434,013 ordinary shares of 2.5p each, with voting rights ('Ordinary Shares').  Following the issue of the New Shares the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 79,480,151.

The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure of 79,480,151 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
