NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS

Three directors have exercised their subscription rights and acquired ordinary
shares at a subscription price of £1 per share.

Disclosure is made in accordance with both DR 3.1.4R (1) (a) and DR 3.1.4R (1)
(b).

The details are as follows:

Mr R K A Wakeling exercised his subscription rights over his entire beneficial
holding of 2,000 warrants and has increased his beneficial shareholding by 2,000
shares (0.001%) from 16,000 ordinary shares of 25p each to 18,000 shares
(0.013%).

Mr P F Dicks exercised his subscription rights over his entire beneficial
holding of 5,000 warrants and has increased his shareholding by 5,000 shares
(0.003%) from 25,000ordiany shares of 25 pence each to 30,000 shares (0.022%).

Mr B J D Ashford-Russell exercised his subscription rights over his entire
beneficial holding of 59,394 warrants and has increased his beneficial
shareholding by 59,394 shares (0.044%) from 132,104ordinary shares of 25 pence
each to 191,498 shares (0.14%). These warrants and the resulting shares are held
on Mr Ashford-Russell's behalf in the name of Smith and Williamson Nominees

Mrs F Ashford-Russell as a connected person to Mr B J D Ashford-Russell has
informed the Company that she has exercised her subscription rights over her
entire beneficial holding of 7,066 warrants and has increased her beneficial
shareholding by 7,066 shares (0.005%) from 51,436 ordinary shares of 25 pence
each to 58,502 shares(0.04%). These warrants and the resulting shares are held
on Mrs Ashford-Russell's behalf in the name of Smith and Williamson Nominees
