Polar Capital Technology Trust PLC (the "Company") announces that David Gamble has retired as a director of the Company with effect from the end of the Annual General Meeting held on 9 September 2015.

The Board of the Company is also pleased to announce that Charlotta Ginman has taken over as Chair of the Audit Committee following the conclusion of the AGM.
