Polar Capital Technology Trust plc announces that today it has issued 469,859 Ordinary Shares following the exercise of conversion rights by 174 subscription shareholders. 

As at 30 March 2012, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc's share capital consisted of 127,738,164 ordinary shares of 25 pence each and 25,268,038 subscription shares of 1 pence each 

The shares in issue following this notification are 128,208,023 Ordinary Shares and 24,798,179 Subscription Shares.
