Polar Capital Technology Trust plc announces that today it has issued 3,021 Ordinary Shares following the exercise of conversion rights by two subscription shareholders. 

As at 31 December 2011, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc's share capital consisted of 127,730,518 ordinary shares of 25 pence each and 25,275,684 subscription shares of 1 pence each 

The shares in issue following this notification are 127,733,539 Ordinary Shares and 25,272,663 Subscription Shares.
