Polar Capital Technology Trust plc announces that today it has issued 62 Ordinary Shares following the exercise of conversion rights by 1 subscription shareholders. 

As at 30 April 2012, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc's share capital consisted of 128,208,023 ordinary shares of 25 pence each and 24,798,179 subscription shares of 1 pence each 

The shares in issue following this notification are 128,208,085 Ordinary Shares and 24,798,117 Subscription Shares.
