Polar Capital Technology Trust plc announces that today it has issued 4,371 Ordinary Shares following the exercise of conversion rights by two subscription shareholders. 

As at 31 January 2011, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc's share capital consisted of 127,733,539 ordinary shares of 25 pence each and 25,272,663 subscription shares of 1 pence each 

The shares in issue following this notification are 127,737,910 Ordinary Shares and 25,268,292 Subscription Shares.
