As at 31 May 2013, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc's share capital consisted of 128,232,398 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each and 24,773,804 Subscription Shares of 1 pence each.

The number of shares in issue following this notification is 128,232,678 Ordinary Shares and 24,773,524 Subscription Shares.
