Polar Capital Technology Trust plc announces that today it has issued 11,655 Ordinary Shares following the exercise of conversion rights by 3 subscription shareholders. 

As at 30 September 2012, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc's share capital consisted of 128,208,265 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each and 24,797,937 Subscription Shares of 1 pence each.

The number of shares in issue following this notification are 128,219,920 Ordinary Shares and 24,786,282 Subscription Shares.
