ISSUE OF ORDINARY SHARES ON CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

Polar Capital Technology Trust plc announces that today it has issued 55,825 Ordinary Shares following the exercise of conversion rights by 14 subscription shareholders. 

As at 31 December 2013, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc's share capital consisted of 128,938,650 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each and 24,767,552 Subscription Shares of 1 pence each.

The number of shares in issue following this notification is 128,994,475 Ordinary Shares and 24,709,624 Subscription Shares.
