Polar Capital Technology Trust plc announces that today it has issued 11,385 Ordinary Shares following the exercise of conversion rights by 5 subscription shareholders. 

As at 31 March 2012, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc's share capital consisted of 128,220,357 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each and 24,785,845 Subscription Shares of 1 pence each.

The number of shares in issue following this notification is 128,231,742 Ordinary Shares and 24,774,460 Subscription Shares.
