ISSUE OF ORDINARY SHARES ON CONVERSION OF SUBSCRIPTION SHARES

Polar Capital Technology Trust plc announces that today it has issued 238,774 Ordinary Shares following the exercise of conversion rights by 117 subscription shareholders. 

As at 28 February 2014, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc's share capital consisted of 129,089,407 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each and 24,616,795 Subscription Shares of 1 pence each.

The number of shares in issue following this notification is 129,328,181 Ordinary Shares and 24,378,021 Subscription Shares.
