Allotment of Shares

The Company announces the allotment of 65,000 ordinary shares of 25p each fully paid under its block listing facility. These shares were issued for cash on 30 October 2017 at a price of 1141.00p per share. The new shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. The number of ordinary shares in issue is now 133,155,000.

The above figure of 133,155,000 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
