The Company announces the allotment of 30,000 ordinary shares of 25p ("ordinary shares") each fully paid under its block listing facility. These shares were issued for cash on 14 April 2020 at a price of 1696p per share. The new shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

· Number of ordinary shares in issue - 133,855,000

· Ordinary shares remaining in Company's block listing - 2,956,049

· Ordinary shares remaining under shareholder allotment authority - 13,352,500

The above figure of 133,855,000 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
