As at close of business on 11th October 2007 the unaudited net asset value per
share, calculated in accordance with the AIC formula (including current year
deficit and based on bid market values) was 251.67p.
The NAV information for the close of business on 10 October has been delayed due
to a systems failure at the Company's administrator which can not provide the
data at this time. The Administrator is working on restoring its systems and the
Company is monitoring the situation.
