As at close of business on 15^th December 2010 the unaudited net asset value per share, calculated in accordance with the AIC formula (including current year deficit and based on bid market values) was 360.43p.

Polar Capital Technology Trust plc can earn a performance fee which would be payable as a result of outperformance over the benchmark index, subject to the adjusted NAV per share exceeding the high water mark which for these purposes is 315.13 pence per share and is accrued daily.
