As at close of business on 7^th September 2010 the unaudited net asset value per share, calculated in accordance with the AIC formula (including current year deficit and based on bid market values) was 307.70p.

As set out in the annual report and accounts, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc has a performance fee which is calculated at the end of each month.  A performance fee would be payable as a result of outperformance over the benchmark index, subject to the adjusted NAV per share exceeding the high water mark.

Whilst a performance fee is currently payable as a result of outperformance over the benchmark index, no performance fee accrual has been made in the unaudited NAV per share above, as the company's adjusted NAV does not currently exceed the high water mark which for these purposes is 315.13 pence per share.
