The following amendments have been made to the 'Notice of Preliminary Results' announcement released on 19 May 2015 at 16.30 under RNS No 6835N.

·     The Company expects to announce its Preliminary Results for the 12 months ended 30 April 2015 on Friday 03 July 2015.

·     There will be a presentation for analysts on the day of the results at 9.30am London time at Polar Capital's offices, 16 Palace Street, London SW1E 5JD.

Notice of Preliminary Results

Polar Capital Technology Trust (the "Company"), expects to announce its Preliminary Results for the 12 months ended 30 April 2015 on Friday 03 July 2015.

There will be a presentation for analysts on the day of the results at 9.30am London time at Polar Capital's offices, 16 Palace Street, London SW1E 5JD.
