Henderson  Technology  Trust  PLC announces that  at  the  Annual  General
Meeting  held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed including  a
resolution  that  the  Company  be generally  authorised  to  make  market
purchases of its own ordinary shares up to a maximum of 22,000,000.
