Appointment of Senior Independent Director

Peter Dicks, the current Senior Independent will be retiring at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 2 September 2013.

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that from the conclusion of the AGM Rupert Montagu will succeed Peter Dicks in this role and will also assume the Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
