Polar Capital Technology Trust Plc notifies the market of the following:

As at 31 May 2012, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc's share capital consisted of 128,208,085 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each and 24,798,117 Subscription Shares of 1 pence each.

Each Ordinary Share carries one vote while the Subscription Shares have no voting rights. Therefore as at 31 May 2012, the total number of voting rights is 128,208,085.

No shares are held in Treasury.

The above figure (128,208,085) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in Polar Capital Technology Trust plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
