Polar Capital Technology Trust Plc notifies the market of the following:

As at 28 February 2014, Polar Capital Technology Trust plc's share capital consisted of 129,089,407 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each and 24,616,795 Subscription Shares of 1 penny each.

Each Ordinary Share carries one vote while the Subscription Shares have no voting rights. Therefore as at 28 February 2014, the total number of voting rights is 129,089,407.

No shares are held in Treasury.

The above figure (129,089,407) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in Polar Capital Technology Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
